Our Building Group has extensive experience of working with various public and semi-public organisations. These projects cover sectors such as education, health, and civic buildings with associated ancillary services and infrastructure.   Our education works include rapid-build primary schools, permanent secondary schools and third level student accommodation while working within the constraints of the academic years and school opening dates.

We have also undertaken projects such as the Solstice Arts Centre in Navan, County Meath which was recognised with the Architectural Association of Ireland Award in 2008 while the Dunshaughlin Civic Offices was awarded the RIAI Award in 2003.  Roughan & O’Donovan  also works with design-build contractors having completed two large prison extensions with Laing O’Rourke and a large housing estate as part of the Ballymun Regeneration scheme in North Dublin.
