This project involved a Feasibility Study to identify the preferred route and financial/economic viability of a rail link from Pace, near Dublin, to Navan.
Roughan & O’Donovan (in alliance with AECOM) led a detailed study of two alternative routes including identifying preferred alignments, establishing the engineering feasibility of each, drafting of Environmental Impact Statement, determining order of cost, project demand, undertaking financial and economic appraisal and funding options for the preferred route.
