| Roughan & O’Donovan provides a diverse range of environmental planning and engineering services for a wide array of clients. In the water services sector we are experienced in planning, design and construction of water supply and waste water treatment works, pipelines and electro-mechanical installations. We have been involved in a number of watermains rehabilitation projects in urban areas. Roughan & O’Donovan has experience and expertise in Hydrological Assessment and in particular the hydraulic design and assessment of watercourse crossings. As climate change begins to impact on design approaches, Roughan & O’Donovan has continued to develop our capabilities and design philosophies. This includes areas such as sustainable drainage systems (SuDS); flood protection and the establishment of an alternative energy business team. Our team of environmental scientists undertake the preparation of Environmental Impact Assessments for local authorities, government agencies and private clients and have particular expertise in relation to major infrastructure projects. . |
