Harry Meighan has been the Managing Director of Roughan & O'Donovan since 2009 and a Director since 2006. He first joined the company in 1998 having spent his earlier career with contractors SIAC and Balfour Beatty. A civil engineer, Chartered Member of Engineers Ireland and a Registered Consulting Engineer, he has led the development of our work with design-build contractors in Ireland and overseas. He was also responsible for the development of our capability and expertise in the administration of major projects and managed that function on the first design-build road scheme and the first PPP road scheme completed in Ireland.
